Inspired by Argentine parrilla tradition, this height-adjustable grill is perfect for converting a fireplace into a working Argentine parrilla, or for use in a quincho, chimney, or enclosed masonry structure. With dual independently controlled grates, you gain unmatched versatility to cook different foods at different temperatures simultaneously.

Easy Installation

This Argentine Parrilla is freestanding, with anchor points at the base for installation into brickwork, or it can be used as a freestanding unit on a fire table.

Precision Craftsmanship

Built from heavy-duty 304 grade stainless steel, every component is laser cut, TIG welded, and passivated for maximum rust resistance and long-term durability. This parrilla is designed for discerning grillers who demand both performance and longevity.

Dual Independent Cranks

Featuring two separate cooking grates, each operated by its own cast aluminum front hand wheel, you can raise and lower each side independently. This allows you to cook a steak low over intense heat while slowly roasting vegetables higher above the embers—all at the same time. The centered crank design keeps the footprint compact, making this Argentine Parrilla ideal for fireplaces and masonry installs with limited space.

Brasero Feature

An optional brasero basket mounts at the rear of the grill, letting you burn down logs into glowing coals. The coals drop onto the hearth and can be easily raked forward beneath either grate. This traditional feature delivers the smoky, authentic flavor Argentine barbecue is known for.

Grate Options

• Stainless Argentine V-Grate – Channels drippings to a front catch pan for cleaner burning fires and classic parrilla cooking.

• Stainless Free-Float Round Rod Grate – Each rod spins within the frame for maximum warp resistance and simplified cleaning.

Rotisserie Compatible

Split vertical guides allow the addition of a centered rotisserie spit rod, transforming your Argentine Parrilla into a roaster. The heavy-duty electric motor handles up to an 85 lb balanced load—enough for whole hogs or lambs. Be sure to account for motor clearance when planning your space or chimney install.
