How to clean your Santa Maria Argentine BBQ grill
Cleaning your Santa Maria Grill after use is easy! Steps: 1. Raise your grill grate all the way up. This gives your approximately 19" of space between the bottom of the grate and the top lip. 2. Take a small metal shovel and scoop out ash after it has cooled down. (Wait until the ash is fully cooled to clean out the ash / coals) 3. Lower grates back down. JD Fabrications fireboxes are fully formed with supportive lips
We don't take shortcuts. Fireboxes and supportive lips are formed to ensure utmost stability and longevity.Forming is a process involving taking a single flat plate of steel or stainless and inserting it into a machine called a hydraulic press brake. The press lowers an upper die which creases/folds the plate material. We put the first creases on two of the edges to form lips.
