The grill comes with anchor points for installation into brick, or you can use it as a freestanding unit on a fire table.

At the heart of the Gaucho Grill is the brasero insert, a traditional feature that sets it apart. The brasero, a charcoal or wood-burning fire pit, infuses your culinary creations with the rich, smoky flavors that are synonymous with Argentinean cuisine.
It provides the perfect bed of embers to cook your meat slowly and evenly, ensuring tender, juicy results every time.
The height adjustable grates make it easy to control temperatures without the need to shovel or rake hot embers should you wish to skip that step. If you prefer to cook over embers versus live flame, simply wait for the fire to settle before adding your food. Either way, this Argentinian grill can be whatever you make it.
A centered front hand wheel adjusts grate height. This model offers a more minimalist visual than a large side crank, and is optimal when your fireplace does not allow for a large side crank.
Select from Argentine V grate with front drip pan or Free Float Round Rod Grate, both options are rust resistant stainless. Bonus upper grate is a perfect place to rest finished meats to keep them warm. This feature of the fireplace grill insert provides you with more cooking surface.
Split guides allow for the addition of a centered rotisserie spit rod to make the grill double as a roaster. The electric motor is capable of turning an 85 lb balanced load, which is plenty of power to accommodate a whole hog or lamb should you desire!
Just keep in mind when planning your space or installing the parrilla in a chimney that the rotisserie motor does protrude past the grill on one side.

Height Adjustable Rotisserie compatible! Add an 85 lb electric motor, rotisserie motor bracket, stainless hexagon spit rod, and heavy duty stainless spit forks. Rotisserie components are completely removable.
Installation Note: If you add a rotisserie, please be aware that the rotisserie motor protrudes about 8″ to the left of the unit and must have room to travel up and down along the outside of the guide. If you add a brasero, please be aware that the brasero protrudes about 10″ behind the unit and must have adequate firebrick behind the unit to handle the heat of a wood fire. Sizing: 36×24″ and 48×24″ are the OD’s of the units, not including the brasero option.
