Cleaning your Santa Maria Grill after use is easy!
1. Raise your grill grate all the way up. This gives your approximately 19" of space between the bottom of the grate and the top lip.
2. Take a small metal shovel and scoop out ash after it has cooled down. (Wait until the ash is fully cooled to clean out the ash / coals)
3. Lower grates back down.
