Stainless Argentine Freestanding Brasero
A brasero is traditionally used in Argentine cooking to burn split logs down to embers. The embers fall through the brasero onto an existing brick surface. The embers can be raked under cooking grates for a longer, slower cook. It allows for less smoke taste in the meat.
This item pairs with our Freestanding Asado Grate.
- Configuration: The brasero can be built with legs to stand alone behind the V grate, or can be made with bolt tabs for mounting to an existing brick structure.
- Finish: 304 Marine Grade Stainless Steel
